This class will introduce you to charcuterie in ways you’ve never seen before. Explore the playfulness of cheese and charcuterie in a new setting - focusing on the salty, the zippy, the “extra special”. While we always make accommodations for meatless eaters, this menu is designed for meat lovers. (read: if you’re a vegetarian, check out another class where you can indulge in all the flavors we’re excited to show you!)


All class tickets include drink, cheese, and pairing flights, an interactive and engaging education, and discount to shop after the class. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.
