IceFlow is a gentle, yoga-inspired class designed specifically for skaters of all skill levels.


Skaters stretch, breathe, and glide together to music doing simple skating moves . Similar to yoga, the focus is on the breath - how it connects to movement, and helps us enjoy the present moment.


IceFlow encourages people to discover the joy of skating.

Elin Schran has been teaching IceFlow for 15 years. Her positive, nonjudgmental approach ensures that all participants feel welcome and free to skate within their own comfort zone.
