Sketch Class with Slow River Studio at Hammond Castle Museum

Experience the timeless beauty of Hammond Castle Museum in a brand-new way! This year YOU can learn to sketch the enchanting grounds and breathtaking interior spaces of this celebrated New England landmark, as Hammond Castle Museum has once again partnered with Slow River Studio.
Slow River Studio caters to all skill sets, teaching artistic skills, and creative confidence in every class. From stick-figure doodlers to first-rate talents, all are welcome! You will become an accomplished creator as you stretch outside of your comfort zone in a supportive environment!
This two-hour session includes a 30-minute beginner sketch lesson. All you need to bring is a sketchbook and a pen. Any pen and sketchbook will work. If you have a watercolor set or colored pencils, feel free to bring them, but that's not essential. Sketching classes will take place both inside and outside the Museum, with participants using watercolors and pencils. (Please note: no pastels, oils, or acrylics are permitted.)
