Sip into Nature: A Journey Through the World of Natural Wine

Join us at Oak n'Barrel in Newton Centre, MA for an exciting Natural Wine Seminar! Learn all about this unique style of wine that's been gaining popularity in recent times. Brittany Casos from Olmstead Wine Co. will guide you through the tasting experience, explaining the process behind making natural wine and the various flavors you can expect. We will be trying SIX very unique natural wines from California, Maine, Washington State, Argentina, Austria, and Greece.

Brittany Casos as a long-time restaurant industry alum with experience as a Sommelier and Beverage Director, studied wine formally and on her own. In 2015, she met Oscar Hernandez (founder of Olmstead Wine Co.) while working as the beverage director for Coppa. She fell in love with the spirit and character of artisanal wines. Looking to move out of the restaurant life, she eagerly joined Oscar to help get these beautiful wines in the hands of the people. Almost 9 years later, she has developed relationships with many of their winemakers and importers and still enjoys discussing the principles and misconceptions about natural and organic wines.
