Do you care about where your ingredients come from? Do you love supporting local, women-owned businesses? More importantly, do you like CHOCOLATE? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then this pop-up is for you. Come meet Amy Vachon of Sotto Chocolate - a Watertown-based chocolate company looking to disrupt the industry with ethically sourced bars and inventive flavors. Come try a selection of her favorites - Cardy Dark, White Pistachio, and Raspberry Swirl - and take them home to the sweet people in your life. The perfect grad gift!
This is an open-house style event, where guests are invited to come say hello to a local, like-minded business in Curio's lab space.
Sole maker, Amy Vachon, is trained via Ecole Chocolat and The New Batch chocolate schools. Amy is also a clinical pharmacy director and amateur violinist.
