The beloved Spanish fortified wine, sherry, exists on a tasting spectrum from briny and dry to sweet and syrupy. In this class you will learn about the many diverse types of sherry from Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado and Oloroso. You'll also learn about which sherries should be appreciated on their own and which ones to pair with food, as well as how to cook with sherry to impart a subtle sweetness and acidity to many different dishes. Instructor: Anthony Liberti
This class will meet in-person at CCAE with a limited student capacity. Our in-person class guidelines for the fall can be found at ccae.org/in-person-classes.
