This event is a womxn-focused event that intends an inclusive definition of womxn. We are welcoming and respectful of womxn, including trans womxn and those who are nonbinary, gender non-conforming, and anyone who identifies as a womxn in a way that is significant to them. We also welcome allies who are committed to creating environments that are supportive of people who are typically underrepresented in the workplace and beyond.
Please make sure to read our code of conduct before coming to our event!

Speakers
Sarah Idriss, Group Product Manager, Buildium
TALK TITLE: Finding your “Inside Voice”
Sarah Idriss made her way into the software world after deciding she didn’t want to be a recording engineer or professional clarinetist. She cut her product management teeth in Boston at InsightSquared and Genscape. She’s currently a Group Product Manager at Buildium where she helps thousands of property managers fill vacancies, enhance their residents’ experiences, and collect online payments.
Amanda Chong, Product Designer, HubSpot
TALK TITLE: Intentional Influence for Introverts
Amanda Chong is a multi-disciplinary designer who transplanted from the warm tropics of Hawaii to Boston two years ago. She is currently a Product Designer at HubSpot, where she creates tools to help marketers and developers build engaging websites. Lately, she’s been geeking out over connecting with her cultural heritage through cooking and tending her farm in Stardew Valley.
Katie Conroy, Director of Marketing, Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce
TALK TITLE: SEO 101: The 3 Basic C’s
Katie Conroy is a digital marketer turned membership/events based communicator transplanted from Maine five years ago. While currently running a cross functional marcom team, search engine optimization was her first job, first career love, and to this day the first thing she’ll talk about at a cocktail hour.
