SHOW SYNOPSIS
Join us for our 2022 mainstage production of William Shakespeare’s heart-wrenching musical comedy Twelfth Night! This timeless play — full of entertaining hijinks, romantic escapades, and a shocking amount of boat imagery — is one of the dramatic canon’s earliest explorations of a classic love triangle. When Viola washes up on the shores of Illyria after a shipwreck, she disguises herself as a man in order to gain employment with Duke Orsino, with whom she quickly falls in love. Meanwhile, however, Orsino pines for Olivia, who develops a crush on Viola’s assumed persona — and shenanigans ensue!
Venue Information
The Adams House Pool Theater is located at 13-21 Bow Street, Cambridge, MA 02138. Please note that this venue is different from our home at the Loeb Experimental Theater, which is the address associated with our company on Google.
The entrance to the Adams Pool is in the basement of Westmorly Court, on Bow Street. Look for the marked door across from the back of Daedalus Restaurant. The theater is located a few minutes from the Harvard T stop on the Red Line, as well as several bus stops.
