Do you suffer from decision-making paralysis in the wine department at Wegman's? Do you want to ensure that the wine you are buying is natural, biodynamic, and high quality (even when it's at an affordable price)? This class will cover the importance of understanding the whole wine supply chain from producer to shelf. Students will leave with an understanding of the importance of distributors, importers, and wine labeling laws to allow for a more informed consumer. We will be tasting a variety of the best wines pulled from the area's wine shops, larger chains, and corner stores. Instructor: Marie-Louise Friedland
