SoulChild Yoga is back on Savin Hill Beach for a full season of #SeasisdeSavasana. Its your opportunity to flow to the soundtrack of the waves and be refreshed by the sea breeze (twice/month)


An all level and beginner accessible class, Seaside Savasana is a 75 minute practice. Participants can expect a sequence balancing gentle flows (to align one’s attitude on/off the mat), longer held postures (to calibrate inner compass) and extended savasana (to take in benefits of the sea).


This is a donation based ($5-$10 recommended) community class but no one will be turned away.


*SCY classes always seeks to be a LGBTQ+ and PoC affirming space, open to all.
