Class Description
Toned and Tight with Tonal will be a full body workout with one of our 2023 Seaport Sweat instructors. More information to come.
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
Before registering and attending class, please ensure you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release.
Sweat on the safe side: We’re so excited to Sweat with you again in-person and continue to be committed to keeping our class environment safe and comfortable for all participants.
