Boston’s biggest free workout series Seaport Sweat goes virtual, offering a variety of fitness classes to take from home. Seaport Sweat is adapting to the health and safety precautions of COVID-19 by offering this year’s exciting lineup of classes via Instagram Live @seaportbos.

Class Description
45 min barre-inspired workout (minus the barre) with a focus on toning and sculpting the body, strengthening the core and firing up those thighs and booty! Jenn loves working out to a great beat, so you’ll always find her class choreographed to an energizing playlist -- she sometimes even gets excited and sneaks in a little cardio here and there! Lastly, she will always leave you with a nice 5-minute stretch at the end.
About the Instructor
Jenn is a certified barre instructor for Equinox and an account executive for Rue Gilt Groupe. Jenn danced professionally for the New England Patriots during the 2016-2018 seasons and even danced at three Super Bowls -- the largest stage she’s ever performed on! She’s known for her high energy, upbeat dance music (yes even during barre) and her smile. Jenn has taken several Seaport Sweat classes over the past few years and is more than excited to continue to sweat and smile with all of you…just on the other side this time!
Due to classes being filmed outdoors, rain dates will still apply and cancellations will be communicated through an emails to attendees and @seaportbos.
