It's Pork Shoulder this month in the Alley! Sunday May 21st we are cooking up some beautiful Bone-In Pork Shoulders. We keep it simple with salt, pepper, smoke and time. Our shoulders are cooked with the bone in so they stay moist and flavorful! You won't want to miss out on this months BAQue so pre order today! $15/lb no frills. Remember pre orders pick up between 11am and 1pm. After that we will sell to walk-ups until it's gone!
