Science tells us what foods we can eat to protect our brain or to harm it. Join Dr. Emerson Lombardo – researcher, lecturer and advocate – for a critical discussion about which delicious and easily prepared foods to enjoy every day and which foods to avoid as we seek to make ourselves and our brains more robust and resilient. The science is there. The rest is up to us.
This program presented in partnership with Beacon Hill Village as part of their Living Well Ending Well series will happen over Zoom webinar. Registration required. Please visit this link to register. Registrants will receive a link the day before the program.
