In the summer of 2019, Hauwa Ibrahim, J.D., S.J.D., M.L., and LaShawnda Lindsay-Dennis, Ph.D., teamed up with STEMkit, a program founded by Wellesley College students, to design and teach a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) program to students in Nigeria. During this program, they will discuss their journey in designing and implementing the program.
This program is part of the Social Change Dialogues hosted by the Wellesley Centers for Women and co-sponsored by the Education Department at Wellesley College. It is free and open to the public. Coffee, tea, and cookies will be served.
For accessibility questions, contact [email protected] or call 781.283.2434. For more information about the Social Change Dialogues, visit wcwonline.org/calendar.
