Drop by the Waterworks Museum on 4/20 between 11am and 3pm for some fun activities celebrating ways to protect earth and its waterways! We'll be looking at the damage coal mining can cause to the surrounding environment with a sandbox activity, decorating our own reusable bags, learning how to become conservation heroes, and sending you on a nature scavenger hunt around the museum grounds and reservoir! We'll also be reading "The Lorax" by Dr. Seuss at 12pm and 2pm and talking about ways we can speak up for and take care of our planet. This event is free of charge with a suggested donation of $5 and is recommended for ages 3 and up! Help us plan by reserving your spot in advance!
