A five course musical and culinary collaboration between Tanám and musical artist Rex Macapinlac. Rex and Ellie explore themes of rootedness and belonging together, as each course finds inspiration in Rex's music and process. This experience is an intimate 10-person dinner.


With 48-hour advance notice, Tanám can accommodate dietary needs. We cannot, however, provide 100% safe dinners for those with severe allergies, due to the possibility of cross-contamination.


Menu:
1) Relyeno, stuffed white fish and fish croquette
2) Kinilaw, scallop ceviche
3) Ginisang munggo at chicharon, pork and mung bean stew
4) Pancit palabok, shrimp and pork sauce over rice vermicelli
5) Sorbete ng sampaguita, jasmine bud steeped ice cream
