Often viewed as exposed, intimate, and sparse, string duets have traditionally been relegated to instructional and private settings. On May 18, Pro Arte will present an evening of three diverse string duets in concert, which will include works by Mozart, Rossini, and Martinů, performed by some of Boston's finest freelance musicians.
