Join Life. Love Cheese at the Farthest Star Sake Taproom for an afternoon of fun pairing local New England Cheeses with Farthest Start Sake.


During this workshop we will sample six regional cheeses highlighting flavors of the Northeast while learning about how milk becomes cheese. Each cheese—ranging from fresh to funky to blue—will be paired with an accompaniment from a small, local artisan and Farthest Star Sake. 


We will discuss what makes great pairings to bring out the subtle notes of a cheese. All the cheeses and pairings come from small Northeastern Artisans.


Farthest Star Sake brewery and taproom is the only one of its kind in New England.
