Join the SMS Full Moon Sacred Womenโs Cacao Circle and Sound Alchemy event, a sacred space where women unite to nourish their minds, bodies, and souls. In a world that can often feel disconnected, our Circle aims to create a supportive community where you can replenish your energy, find inspiration, and experience the power of feminine connection. The intention of this gathering is to facilitate interconnection, reflection, and intention-setting as we align with the cycles of the lunar calendar. Participants will explore techniques and practices to manifest their desires and goals for the upcoming lunar cycle. All are welcome to participate in this beautiful and enriching experience.

Our time together will include guided visualization/meditation, intention setting, grounding breathing practices, journaling, optional soul sharing, cacao circle, and a healing sound bath. Group activities might also include some light stretching. Light refreshments will also be provided.

Dress comfortably for freedom of movement, and bring your amazing self, your cherished journal, a writing tool, and a water bottle. If you have props, bring along props; we will also have a limited supply available. Think yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolsters. Additionally, your trinkets - like crystals or sacred objects - anything to keep you grounded or cozy.
