The Ultimate Feel-Good Experience! Join us Thursday nights through November at Dewey Square Plaza. Kick off the evening with a 20-minute Fun Run/Jog lead by Midnight Runners Boston, followed by a 45-minute YOGA taught by B/SPOKE Studios, and close out with a final 20-minute Fun Run/Jog with Midnight Runners Boston. Classes are open to all and can be intensified or modified as needed.


Class will not be held the week of Thanksgiving.
