Chef Daniel Bruce and the Boston Harbor Hotel team have partnered with Glenmorangie for a special fall Scotch dinner on Tuesday, October 2. The single malt scotch whiskey for the dinner will showcase the award-winning Glenmorangie Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. The dinner will feature selections like the warm and oaky Glenmorangie Lasanta, and the rich-bodied Glenmorangie Signet. Executive Chef Daniel Bruce has also prepared mouth-watering dishes prepared to flatter the scotch-lover’s palate. He will serve bites such as Vanilla Poached Maine Lobster Tail, and Honey Glazed Roast Long Island Duck Breast, which are to be enjoyed overlooking the moonlit Boston Harbor.
