"Okay, campers, rise and shine, and don't forget your booties 'cause it's cooooold out there today." We will present "Groundhog Day", a timey-wimey comedy starring Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell. Join the Roslindale Film Society as we have a discussion about this classic film, just in time for Groundhog Day holiday.
Doors are open at 6:15 pm. The film screening begins at 7:00 p.m. Food and beer and wine will be available for purchase, including "Too Early for Flapjacks" and "Punxsutawney Pils" and "Rita's Favorite Drink". There will be a short discussion with the Roslindale Film Society before and after the screening to place this film in its cultural context.
Tickets are $7 on eventbrite, and includes a bag of popcorn! Tickets are $10 at the door. Further donations will be accepted at the door.
