Chef Daniel Bruce and the talented culinary team at Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar invite guest to savor the weekend with a special Rosé Brunch on Sunday, June 24. Enjoy picturesque views of Boston Harbor from the dining room while enjoying an assortment of fine rosé wines and brunch selections by Chef Daniel Bruce.
The special menu for the day will be available from 11am - 2pm, featuring a variety of brunch classics and seasonal specialties. Guests can enjoy rosé-inspired items including Strawberry Buttermilk Pancakes (Vermont maple syrup and whipped cream), Pink Peppercorn-Crusted Smokey Tenderloin (with rose and melted onion au jus), and Pastry Wrapped Atlantic Halibut and Scallops (with sparkling wine and saffron cream). The Rosé Brunch will also offer an extensive lineup of housemade pastries (Lavender French Macaroons, Vanilla Rosewater Cheesecake, Lemon Blueberry Bonbon), local charcuterie, as well as an Omelet station for the ultimate customized creation, and a Dim Sum station.
