On Tuesday, August 1 Rooftop@Revere is teaming up with Chateau d’Esclans for an evening filled with exquisite rosé, delicious bites, and picturesque views of Boston’s Back Bay. Savor the summer night by sipping on a variety of rosé from Chateau d’Esclans, paired with a dozen small plates from Executive Chef Sean Dutson. Guests will take in city views from the newly renovated Rooftop@Revere, Boston’s most celebrated rooftop oasis.
Known for their sophisticated wines and award-winning Whispering Angel, Chateau d’Esclans is located on an exceptional site, on elevated land near the Gorges de Pennafort, just outside the ancient Roman city of Frejus on the Mediterranean coast. Representatives of Chateau d’Esclans will be onsite at Rooftop@Revere, pouring glasses of their Whispering Angle, Rock Angel, Les Clans and Garrus.
The special Rosé on the Rooftop Dinner menu will feature a variety of seasonally inspired small plates, designed to pair with each of the four wines. Some menu items for the evening include:

Sweet 100 Tomato Caprese Cup with Aged Balsamic Pipette
