Floor 1 is open Sunday- Thursday 11:00am – 10:00pm and Friday-Saturday 11:00am – 11:00pm for restaurant dining as well as take-out. Delivery and pick-up is also available. 


Our newly renovated roof deck, the Overlook @LegalSeaFoods, is now open! Join us Monday-Thursday 4:00pm – 10:00pm, Friday 4:00pm – 11:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm – 11:00pm, and Sunday 12:00pm – 10:00pm.


Legal Sea Food’s 20,000 square foot flagship property on the Boston Waterfront, comprising of three floors under one (retractable) roof. You’ll find a nod to our heritage on the first floor hull, with a casual menu of seafood favorites with a twist and an oyster bar. The second floor hosts private events and parties with water views. Those that visit the third floor promenade deck will enjoy a four-season rooftop lounge with a retractable glass roof and walls for cocktails and bites. 

Located in the Seaport District, Legal Harborside – Boston is within easy walking distance to the Institute of Contemporary Art, the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, the Leader Bank Pavilion and hotels including the Renaissance Boston Waterfront, Westin Waterfront and Seaport.
