On Saturday, February 14th and Sunday, February 15th, Executive Chef Salvatore Firicano of Strega Waterfront in Boston’s Seaport District, will help couples of all kinds rekindle the romance that first brought them together; by offering a spectacular three-course chef’s tasting menu featuring love-inducing plates prepared with celebratory ingredients such as heart-shaped ravioli, stuffed lobster tails overflowing with fresh seafood and hand-dipped chocolate covered strawberries. Created with romance in mind, this tantalizing menu stays true to Chef Salvatore’s commitment to serving unforgettable Italian cuisine in a spectacular atmosphere boasting one-of-a-kind dramatic décor. Guaranteed to make cupid himself swoon, Strega Waterfront’s three-course prix fix menu and available wine pairings will be offered in conjunction with the restaurant’s signature á la carté dishes, and will be served as follows:
