The Song of the Whale, a research vessel championed by the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) makes its way up the east coast, the ship will dock in Boston giving the public a chance to experience boat tours, learn about the plight of the North Atlantic right whale, and opportunities to speak with IFAW experts and other individuals leading research efforts on the vessel. The vessel is working to enhance monitoring and vital research needed for the endangered species in North American waters.
