We entered the East Cambridge Annual Smoke This! Rib Fest with the intention of introducing our new location, Satellite, to a wider audience, and the support we received from the community exceeded our expectations! After the votes were counted, we were honored to be named Rib Fest Champs!
Our recipe, crafted in collaboration with our friends at Pig Pen BBQ, was such a hit that we decided to do it all over again for one special night. Starting at 2 pm, we will feature our award-winning ribs and other goodies in a BBQ menu takeover! However, we expect them to sell out quickly, so be sure to arrive early to savor the flavors that won over the Rib Fest community!
We have ribs, brisket, beer, and live music from Sam Reid & the Riotact (7-9pm) !
