Come join Izzy & Gabriella for a fully embodied experience of dropping into your intuition and connecting your mind, body, and soul as we step into this new year with intentionality, clarity, abundance, and power.


We will be rewriting old stories & self-limiting beliefs, so that you can reclaim your power, your desires, and show up as your authentic, most aligned self.


You will leave feeling clear, intentional and powerful as you take action towards your goals.


We will spend the last hour guiding you through a workshop that allows you to tap into your creative side and connect to your visualizations and goals. You will be creating something tangible to bring home with you to inspire you to keep showing up and taking aligned action to be your best self (think vision boarding but even better!)


Please bring a journal and pen/pencil. Yoga mats and bolsters for relaxing will be supplied


We also encourage you to bring a snack or lunch. There are also snacks/drinks served at the Lululemon Studio.

Who are we? Izzy and Gabriella are college best friends that have gone on powerful healing journeys to become the women they are today and are over the moon excited to collaborate on this magical event. Izzy is a Boston-based Life & Empowerment Coach and Personal Trainer and Gabriella is a California-based Healing Coach that specializes in Grounding and Parts work.
