As I reflect on this summer and coming fall, I'm amazed at how quickly time goes by. Please join me in honoring the final Full Moon of the summer in preparation for fall. This is a super moon and a powerful time for releasing all that is no longer serving us.
In this workshop we will open with a grounding meditation, reflect on and write down what we want to release, share in community, and do a simple Full Moon ritual that will prepare you for the actual Full Moon the following day.
