THE ANCIENT TECHNIQUE OF ENERGY HEALING THAT ORIGINATED FROM THE EAST
REIKI, a complementary energy healing system, enhances stress management, self-healing, healing others, animals, and the planet. We will help you activate the universal life force energy (CHI) within you with attunement, symbols and meditation.
The class will include demonstrations, practice, sharing, and the enhancement of empathetic caring through the practice of mindfulness with others. Light vegetarian lunch on Saturday, snack on Sunday.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Must attend both days. Certificate will be received. Bring a stuffed animal to class. Helpful, but not required.
