The Merchant is pleased and excited to welcome Chef Jitti Chaithiraphant for a collaborative dinner with Chef Matt Foley. The chefs will be creating a seasonal 8 course tasting menu (3 course amuse bouche, 5 course sit down dinner).
The pop up dinner is called Radius for two reasons:
First, Jitti and Matt met almost 10 years ago while working at Radius restaurant in the Financial District.
Second, the chefs will be foraging over the next month to utilize wild vegetables, herbs, and flowers; sourcing only products that are grown/raised in a 200 mile radius from The Merchant.
We hope you will join us for a night of great food, drink and fun.
