Summer solstice is a beautiful time to honor and invoke the power of the sun and cultivate our relationship to our heart and the Great Heart of Love, restore our energy, and feel into our power. Beginning with some gentle movement to warm the body, we will move into active breath work with meditation and mudra focusing on connecting to and expanding our radiance. Following will be a yin practice with contemplation and an extended rest with an Ocean of Holy Love Divine Healing Experience.


Required Props: Blocks, blankets, bolsters, water, (journal optional) mat (yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3)
