Calling all Pawnee Goddesses: are you ready to earn your Trivia Champion Badge? Then add Parks and Recreation Trivia to your schedule, gather your team of best friends/workplace proximity associates, and start your rewatch! Join us on Thursday, August 1st at 7pm at Wit’s End (https://witsendbar.com) in Cambridge for a round of Parks and Rec themed trivia that Gameplay Magazine called “punishingly intricate.” Costumes are, as always, extremely encouraged (your hosts will be in costume, of course). Please visit https://forms.gle/tUWmq8K5RhN9bEB77 to register your team of up to 6 players (registration is free and does not guarantee you a table: please arrive early!).
The cost to play is $5 per person. All proceeds from entry fees and any other sales will go to the Charles River Watershed Association (CRWA: https://www.crwa.org), a local organization whose mission both Ron and Leslie would approve of. CRWA is working to keep our very own Charles River clean through advocacy for protecting the river and the parklands along its banks, leading clean up efforts, and promoting sustainable watershed management practices with local governments. Do you want to live on a river so clean that Ron Swanson will canoe through it? So does the CRWA, and we can help them achieve that goal, all while catching our dream of winning Parks and Rec trivia and shackling it to our hearts.
As with our previous, very successful, themed fundraiser trivia (Schitt’s Creek to benefit Boston Area Rape Crisis Center), there will be some music, some costumes, silly prizes, items to purchase, themed drinks, and delicious food. Shout out to our amazing hosts, Wit’s End, for being the raddest bar in town--we couldn’t do this without their support!
