Mayor Thomas P. Koch and the City of Quincy invite residents and friends from the surrounding communities to Quincy’s annual Food Truck & Music Festival, Saturday, October 7th, from noon to 6:00PM.
The festival will take place on Coddington St. in Quincy Center. The festival will include more than 20 food trucks and vendors with diverse dining options, a main music stage with various eclectic and celebrated bands, a kid’s area and a stage located on the Thomas Crane Public Library lawn.
This year’s main stage entertainment lineup will include a performance from NBC’s The Voice contestant and Quincy High School’s new music teacher Brendan Ryan with special guest Jesse Stiglich. Other acts include the Birch Swart Band, the Beacon Street Band and more.
Mayor Koch noted, “Quincy’s food truck and music fest has become an annual fall tradition in the city highlighting the local talents of musicians and chefs alike. It’s a great afternoon packed with lots of family-friendly entertainment.”
The main stage will host live music from Noon to 6 PM, closing with a dynamic show from the Beacon Street Band. Children's entertainment will include musician Alastair Moock and magician Evan Northrup, among others. Lawn games will also be provided.
