The City of Quincy’s “Countryfest on the Common” will take place Saturday, June 3, 2023 from noon – 6 p.m. on the Hancock Adams Common. The free concert will include renowned country entertainers, food trucks and country line dance lessons.
Adlie Thrower and Mike Leach Duo kick off the line-up with their performance at noon. Whitney Doucet and Moonshine Band take the stage at 12:50 p.m. followed by Jake Ash Band at 1:55 pm, Chase Clark at 3 p.m., Martin Kelly at 4:05 pm and Cashwood at 5:10 p.m.
“It’s wonderful to see so many people enjoying our monthly concerts on the Hancock Adams Common,” shared Mayor Thomas Koch. “It’s a great afternoon packed with lots of family-friendly entertainment.”
Country line dancing lessons will be offered by Steve and Laurie Cavanaugh of L & S Dance. Food trucks include Black’s Creek BBQ, Ellie’s Treats, Gonzalez Food Truck, Mom On The Go Grilled Cheese and Coffee Break Café. Beer and wine can be purchased from the Hive Mobile Bar.
