This free class is co-sponsored by the DCR, the Friends of Breakheart, and Cervizzi’s Martial Arts. Donations are welcome. Best suited for adults and kids 8 and older. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Bring water, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
