During this meditation workshop Gen Khedrub will share some essential teachings on the Buddhist practice of purification and guide two sessions of the practice of Buddha Vajrasattva.
This practice of visualization, meditation and mantra recitation has been used for centuries as a healing purification practice. It allows us to connect with the potential in our mind to heal the wounds of the past, and to free ourselves from old and painful habits of thinking and acting. We are then free to live a life based on wisdom and love, with a crystal clear mind and joyful heart.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
Registration: $30. At the door, in advance at: https://www.meditationinboston.org/purification-the-practice-of-vajrasattva
