Aspiring to make a positive difference in the lives of children and their families in Andover and the greater Boston metropolitan area, Franchise Owners Urvi and Beau Athia have recently started construction on the new Primrose School of Andover. Urvi and Beau will host a site dedication ceremony on Tuesday, September 13, at 10 a.m. alongside representatives from the town of Andover and the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce. Primrose School of Andover is part of the Primrose Schools family of accredited preschools offering high-quality early education and care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old.
The Athias believe strongly in the fundamental importance of early childhood education and are looking forward to bringing the unique Primrose Experience to children and families in Andover and the greater Merrimack Valley in late fall 2016.
“It’s important to both of us that all children are well taken care of, are loved and nurtured, and are given an excellent education, and that is what we will strive for every day,” says Urvi.
The 12,800-square-foot school will feature 14 private classrooms and is poised to serve more than 186 local children and their families. The school will add approximately $5 million in project costs to the local economy and will bring approximately 35 jobs to the community when operating at full capacity.
The new school will be the first Primrose school in Andover and the third in the Boston metro area. Like the other 300-plus Primrose schools across the country, Primrose School of Andover will offer the Primrose-exclusive Balanced Learning® program, which blends purposeful play with nurturing guidance to encourage curiosity, confidence, creativity and compassion.
“We send the warmest of congratulations to Urvi and Beau on the site dedication and construction of their new school, Primrose School of Andover,” says Jo Kirchner, CEO of Primrose Schools. “At Primrose, we pride ourselves on offering our Franchise Owners and teachers outstanding support and proven tools as they help children grow and learn in a safe, nurturing environment. We are confident Urvi and Beau will do just that for the children of Andover and surrounding communities.”
Primrose School of Andover will be located at 503 South Main Street. For more information on the school, please visit www.PrimroseAndover.com. For additional information on franchise opportunities with Primrose Schools in the Boston area or other growth markets, visit www.PrimroseFranchise.com.
