Boston Water and Sewer Commission is hosting a free, community event
with tips for safe Thanksgiving cooking----how to properly dispose of cooking
grease. Open to all, attendees will receive handouts on disposing of cooking
fats, oils and grease; a free, reusable grease can lid and will be able to speak with
BWSC reps about preventing sewer backups.
Event will be held at the South Bay Stop and Shop, 1100 Mass Ave, Dorchester on
Nov 20, 3-7; Nov 21, 9-5 and Nov 22, 9-5.
