Join us for a workshop that explores questions such as: how can we live a life that's virtuous - both authentic and just? How can we let go of what we cannot control and have the courage to change the things we can?


In this event, we'll explore teachings from the Stoic philosopher Seneca who showed us that it is not the length one's life that matters, but how one lives in the present moment in pursuit of purpose and meaning.
