Learn the basics of weaving while designing beautiful and functional pot holders and trivets. Get creative with crazy patterns, colors and designs.
Explore a multitude of weave structures, as we create our own unique potholder. All materials are included, and no experience is necessary.
Unplug yourself and enjoy the art of weaving at the small-scale level with the fun, accessible potholder loom. Familiar to many from their childhood, simple square potholder looms hold stretchy fabric loops that are woven to create practical gifts or handy trivets for your own kitchen or as gifts. Potholder weaving is fun for all ages.
You will weave on a 7” traditional size potholder metal loom, with cotton loops. The sturdy metal loom and cotton loops are made in the USA, and are of the highest quality.
Masks are required to be worn for the duration of the workshop. Each event includes the 3-hour teaching session, lite gourmet bites and a beverage of your choice.
