On Wednesday, October 3 Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer and the team at Post 390 are welcoming fall the right way with all-things apple and cider at their three-course Farm to Post dinner. The menu highlights Kimball Fruit Farm’s variety of apples as well as New England’s freshest produce and cheese. Guests can sink their taste buds into dishes like Brandied Apple Flambé (duck liver mousse, parsley), Hand-Carved Heritage Porchettea (apple & sage bread stuffing, wild mushroom velouté, pumpkin mousse, cider reduction) and Warm Apple Spice Cake (vanilla ice cream, maple glaze).
