Come experience a beginner’s yoga session. Anne has been a practitioner for 27 years & teaching for 16 years. Open to everyone 15 years & over with all abilities & mix levels. Bring a yoga mat & water for a relaxing & refreshing morning.


About the Instructor:

Anne Toupouzis RYT® 500 - Yoga Alliance Certified

As a teacher I remember when I was a student and the struggles I endured with the physical practice of yoga. At that time, I could not even focus on anything else except what was happening in my body. When I started to teach yoga, I saw in the students some of the same struggles & wanted to help guide them through it. Knowing we all have our own paths we need to follow I could only help to guide them on their own journey. Being a teacher, I can relate so much more to the student's journey from that perspective & practicing yoga continues to allow me to be curious and open to all possibilities. I continue to show up for my practice so I can show up for the students.
