I & I Rose Garden is popping up on Newbury Street!


Join us on Sunday, March 25th for our Introduction to Ganja Yoga class at the CannaCulture pop up space, hosted by Home Grown Boston!


We are so excited to bring the I & I Ganja Yoga experience to Newbury Street! Each of our classes utilizes vaporizers to safely consume homegrown cannabis, which has been specifically curated to enhance the yoga experience. For those new to cannabis, don't be nervous! The instructors will offer each participant information on the strain profile and healing properties, so that you can be comfortable and aware of which enhancements we are using.


Upon arrival, students will sample an energy inducing sativa strain to assist us through a Sun A and B flow, mixed in with sets of squats and core cardio. After a smoke break to sample a relaxing indica, we will slow it down with a restorative floor flow and an extended savasana. New to yoga? Instructors will use demonstrations and plenty of hands-on adjustments to support students in their practice.


After savasana, students are invited to join us for our ital offerings and sample our infused edibles. Each student will receive a detox shot and high tea to go.
