For the third year in a row, the nonprofit, hunger-relief farm Gaining Ground will mark the arrival of spring with a celebration of poetry, food, and farming. Gaining Ground collected poetry submissions during the spring from people of all ages on topics like food, nature, and farming, and has included the poems in an installation along a walking route through their fields.
From Saturday, April 29, through Friday, June 9, visitors are invited to take part in this self-guided tour, where they can read the poems while enjoying the natural beauty and thrumming activity of this regenerative farm. The farm is located at 341 Virginia Rd in Concord and the exhibit is free and open to the public.
