Three-time U.S. Poet Laureate Robert Pinsky presents "Proverbs of Limbo.” It's poem jazz. It's a jazz concert. It's a poetry night. It's uniquely its own thing. Poetry, proverbs and percussion. The band will feature:

Louis Chude-Sokei, writer and director of the African American and Black diaspora studies program at Boston University, will deliver opening remarks. Copies of Pinsky’s companion album “Proverbs of Limbo," featuring musicians from this performance will be available for purchase. Proceeds from the event will support the next 25 years of the Favorite Poem Project and the many programs it stewards.
