Plastic Dreams at Bow Market

Vinyl Index presents a new monthly all vinyl DJ party with a roster of DJs spinning hidden gems and dance classics from all genres.

It’s been a while since Vinyl Index co-owners Peter Fiumara & Jeremy Sullivan collaborated on a nightlife event. The last of which, Fresh Produce, racked up a 12-year run and a Boston Music Award to boot.

Now they have set their sites on a different goal. Helping to preserve vinyl as a part of Boston’s current dance scene after dark. They’ve teamed up with DJ Knife whose recruiting a roster of DJs to bring us Plastic Dreams, a monthly showcase of hidden gems and dance classics from all genres. It’s time to put the laptops and thumb drives away and get back to the fundamentals.

Let’s keep the phones down and the dream alive.


You can expect a dose of dance floor madness from DJs spinning the First Friday of every month at Variety Bar starting on 3/4/22 from 9 PM-1 am.

$5 for advanced tickets and before 10 PM day of at the door, $10 after 10 PM. Advanced tickets guarantee entry until 10:30 pm. After that, tickets are still valid, but subject to the venue’s capacity.

Plastic Dream is 21+ and the venue is requiring proof of full vaccination in order to attend this event.
