Every time you breathe out you're feeding a plant! Let's talk about plant energy.
Plants have energy all their own and we can work with that energy to help them thrive! We can also align ourselves with that energy to help manifest our own goals and intentions — especially if that goal is to have a lush, green space! We'll be having a tea meditation + set intentions by programming a crystal to plant at home.
